Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the mandatory requirement of Schedule AL for income exceeding 50 lakhs in ITR2. It also addresses how to declare movable assets, specifically a house property, when a loan is involved. The consensus is to declare the house property's value as per the sale deed, with the loan liability listed separately.

Yes, if total income is above Rs. 50 lakhs

Declare house property under Assets while loan liability under Liabilities.

sir does it have to be the amount in sale deed or the amount after loan interest ?

As per Sale Deed...
