Dear experts,
I puchased a land in Aug 2022 in 45 L and sold in Aug 2025 in 95 L. But after purchase I spend 6 lakhs for bioundary wall, iron gate and a small 2 room made from bricks and asbestos.
Can I add this 6 Lakhs in purchase amount while calculating the LTCG?
