I have nigam's bond, which is on my name.  but now I want to transfer these bonds to my wife's name. Can I do it, if yes then what is the procedure? Kindly tell me.

From Canada. There was a new yesterday (05 Nov,08) that Gujarat Govn. calling all bonds for redemption in Jan 09 for Rs 50000. Can anyone confirm the news ? And possible, can you copy and paste the news article to my e-mail id? bhavesh_y @ yahoo.com
