Thanks for sharing some valubale information. But I thinks so, this is only good for those who already working in SAP or working in IT industry reated same platform.

SAP is not complecated, but according to partcial scenario SAP required lot of practice and even real based scenario understanding. Even you have heared that most of ERP implamation aren't sucessful after taking a lot of time to implement. Candiadtes can't learn such thing in only 24 hours. That's totaly impossible.

A part from this, companies offer good package to SAP professioal, because they need SAP certfied SAP professioal, plus project experince. For certfication there is need of SAP tarining from SAP authorized centre and project experince. I hope this info will help you to take right path for yourself.
