anybdy tell me how can i make salary structures in following sample :-

Basic salary :           ?

HR                              ?

Conveyance All.         ?

oTHER                        ?

If total salary is 15k.

pls sugest me how can i spilt it in above formate? if there is any speciel rule to divided into above formate?
