Salary slip query

Hi,

I have some doubts regarding Salary please clariy ;

1. Employee take 20 days leave in a month without pay so then what effect comes on salary slip 

Basic 50%  5000

HRA   25%   2500

Medial 12.5% 1250

Conveyance 8% 800

Other      4.5%  450

Please help in preparing salary slip .

2. Is bonus paid on dewali to employees is taxable or not ?

3. When Increment is given to employees then what is beneficial for company means how to design the salary sturacture ?

Dear Kapil

I think you made salary slip only working days not leave so you can change as per  working days propartion divided accounding  to above %. Each & every amount should be changed.

Bonus is taxable on payment basis.

When you have given to salary increment you can change basic salary & HRA not conveyance & medical allowance becouse. Exampted Con 800/- & medical allowance 1250/- per months

Import Attendance data from excel to Tally using udi-Magic software.

Steps

  1. Start Tally ERP and Open a Company.
  2. Start udi-Magic software
  3. Select the option Excel to Tally > Import data into Tally
  4. Click the Browse button and select the Standard Excel template (for Attendance) provided with udi-Magic converter
  5. Click the Start button
