u can make an spreadsheet showing all the data u want.

Prepare the Excel Sheet showing all the Monthly salary Breakups , Deductions therefrom, & Net Salary Actually paid in the hands of Employees.

Pass the Accounting Entry as follows taking the Total Figure from the said prepared Excel Sheet as follows :

Basis Salary      DR.     XX

DA                   DR.      XX

Other Additions   DR.     XX

  To  Deductions                           XX

  To  Bank                                    XX

Hi guys, I need ur help, i newly tally user, I want to knw how can i booked an employee's monthly salary, in tally, the gross salary is 15000/-, includes all allowances, there are some deductions, i.e telephone charge of 450/-, vehicle fine of 600/-.  advance of 1000/-the net salary paid to employee is 12,950/-.

could u tell me how can make an entry in tally 7.2., the confused in grouping of accounts..
