In a Salary Component Basic salary is Fixed or based on the present days?
Suppsoe Mr. X salary is Rs. 25000/- Per Month in which Basic salary is Rs.8000 and he is present 25 days in the month so its salary should be Rs.8000 or approx. Rs.6667?
Can any one suggest me.
basic salary does not mean that Ankit. Rs.6667 approx will only be paid. i.e. Proportionate payment.
