I have a doubt on SAD Refund...
If i had paid Rs.10,000.00 as Additional Duty on imports and passed on 2500/- to my buyers, Can i claim balance 7500/- as refund....?

IT IS YOUR PERSONAL INTENTION, DEPARTMENT WILL PASS THE SAD WHICH IS MENTIONED IN BILL OF ENTRY FOR MORE INFORMATION READ NOTIFICATION NO. 102/2007 CBEC.
