S/Line Master Bill of Lading is Surrender or not

Dear all members,

GREETING FOR A DAY!!!!!!!

I have imported goods. I provide Original House B/Ls along with other documents to our delivery agent for taken delivery of goods. They said "S/Line Master Bill of Lading is not surrender".

IS IT REQUIRE FOR TAKING DELIVERY ORDER OF THE GOODS???

Master Bill of Lading: Issued from Carrier.
House Bill of Lading: Issued from Freight Forwarder.

Hope u can understand the need of master bill of lading

You will need to contact your Supplier and ask them to contact your Forwarders Ofiice in China or whereever your importing the same from and do a Express Release of Master Bill of Lading, once this is done the forwarder will give u or your CHA the delivery order and you will be able to take the delivery of the same then
