RUN - Renewal

An approved RUN was expired on 02/03/2020. Is there any possibility of renewal of RUN (or) I have to make a fresh application ?

Quick Summary
If your RUN application has expired, unfortunately, it cannot be renewed. The time to reserve the name has passed. You will need to submit a new application. The recommended process is to use Part A of the SPICE+ form for this purpose.

The time specified for reply or proceed further  to confirm the Reserve name for Incorporation is expired so no other way to proceed with this 

However if there is any relaxation is provided by way of notification like MCA has issued for companies fresh start scheme, (CFSS) opportunity to company to file pending return etc.
