Rules for termination of industrial training

i was facing the same issue asd of urs.when i called the institute regarding this, they simply washed off their hands.First they asked me why did you go for IT if you were to face such situations.Then they said that once we take form 109 from ptrevious employer stating IT as the reason, we should undergo the same.Even if we terminate, we should do only IT in another company.

i would like to know if it is advisable to go for industrial training or not? Is industrial training very difficult? what kind of questions do they ask in the interview for industrial training?

I am undergoing Industrial Training since 7 months and I am enjoying my work. Its a very good exposure and experience you get. I would suggest you go for industrial training. The questions asked in the interview is very practical. 

what are the forms to be executed for industrial training?

only form no.104?

Its not a problem yar to do Industrial Training. If we compare it with our Articleship  it is 100 times better than our Articleship.

I am also doing Ind training and i m so fortunate that I have selected by a very well known MNC but unfortunate that my Hon'ble former employer is not signing my form 109.

there is no any written rules and regulation regarding termination of Ind training.

its depends on your offer letter/ agreement.

friends iam planning to do  industrial training in the last year of articleship.For that when i have to sumbit form 104 and 109 and what are the other forms required to sumbit with ICAI  for the industrial training.My humble request is please post who now undergoing the Industrial training or students already joined for the Industrial training.
