hi ours is a organisation with 50 plus employee and throughout India we have sales staff who visits colleges as even develop our own e learning syllabus and the sales staff will sell the product at colleges my query is can those sales persons can be given authority to sign and hold of rubber stamp with full address of registered address and can we make multiple rubber stamp to use in sales as some times the sales persons has to decide on the spot if those persons uses rubber stamp thus any legal problem will arise as per companies act is there any problems

A Company being an Artificial Person cannot sign for itself. Therefore the law provides for the use Common seal as a substitute of its signature. It serves as the token of the Company’s approval of documents and it shall be binding on the Company.
