Rtp questions in exams

I am appearing for 1st group of CA Final in nov 2014. And I want to practise few questions papers for increasing my speed and for revision and try to complete in 3 hours. So I hav last 4 RTPs with me. Does questions come from them in exams? Is it worth practising them ? Or should I go for previous exams question papers.
