What is rule or law for Rounding off in India especially for retail billing? for example 10.49 INR & 10.51 INR. How to do rounding which should be legally acceptable

10.49 to 10
10.51 to 11... if both are/in Grand Total.
Thats very much true. I am in need of copy mentioning same to provide as supporting or evidence during hearing.
