Rotational Directors vacation, reappointment

If the AGM of company is not held on the last date it ought to have been held because of which all the rotational directors vacated their offices.
Subsequently the AGM was held after due date.
In this case whether the rotational directors who vacated their office earlier are eligible to be reappointed in such AGM held despite their vacation ?
