“Hindi affidavit duly notarised from 1st prom. is required and Form 1 has to be Resubmitted.”
One of the promoter has subscribed and signed the Memorandum and Article of Association in Hindi.
Please provide the prescribed format of Affidavit and the amount of stamp paper required for the above purpose.
Your prompt response will be highly appreciated.
