Can Statutory Auditor of a company do the ROC Filing of the Auditee Company ?

Except for Form MGT 7..other forms can be signed by the auditor

Yes mgt-7 shall be certified by a PCS, others forms may be certified by stat auditor

No auditor cannot provide any services to company
