Roc error

I have filed Form 23 wronlgy  

mistak being: wrong date (based upon correct date fee is Rs.5000 but I have already paid Rs.6000 based upon wrong date)

and after that I have filled form 67 and ROC asked to submitted again form 23 but will uploading I am receiving I error for fee for ealier form is not same as for new form 

what should I do
