Roc e-form 23b filing

	Dear friends, While filing form 23B, regarding Auditor's Appointment to ROC, there is a penalty for filing, only if we delay in filing Form 23B. But, currently, even when I am filing the said form within time limit, there is a fees which is required to be paid as per MCA website.
