Dear friends,
While filing form 23B, regarding Auditor's Appointment to ROC, there is a penalty for filing, only if we delay in filing Form 23B.
But, currently, even when I am filing the said form within time limit, there is a fees which is required to be paid as per MCA website.
So, is there any fees for filing Form 23B, even within time limit.

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS VIDE CIRCULAR NUMBER 14/2012 DATED 21.06.2012 HAD IMPOSED FEES ON FORM 23B (INFORMATION BY AUDITOR TO REGISTRAR) W.E.F. 22/07/2012.

FEE SHALL BE CHARGED ON ANY E-FORM 23B FILED ON OR AFTER 5TH AUGUST, 2012.
