Please can somebody throw a light on the case if the senario is that a particular private limited company is struck off by the ROC.
This private company had 2 directors - one directors had resigned due to some dispute and other director has died.
Now the director who resigned wants to revive the company, since there are pending property litigations which needs to be resolved.
