New pension scheme employer share of 14 % is made tax free for state govt employees from AY 2020-21in budget speech 2022..Its announced in budget for fy 2022-23.The budget rules will be applicable from 1.4.22.Than what's the methods  by which we can claim refund of nps related income added in client's gross income in fy 2020-21.

There will decrease in income of client after nps 14% share deduction.So there will be refund.Can we file revised  return now in above case ?
