Dear Friends
I filed the Form AOC-4 for 2017-18 but Annual Financial Statements could not be attached since the same were attached with Attachment to AOC-4 which could not b filed. Can I revise the Form AOC-4 to attach the Annual Fianancial Statements. I have contacted ROC and have submitted necessary application with Affidivate that there are no changes to be made in accounts already approved.. But he is not marking the said form defective. Please suggest what is other alternative to submit the annual fianancial statement with MCA.
