Can file revise return for AY 2022-23
now, because of Refund not claim during original filing.

No, last date to file revised return u/s. 139(5) of the act for AY 2022-23, was 31.12.2022.
What I can do for claim my refund?
Nowadays even rectification request (which used to be valid option earlier) doesn't help. Better write written application to your Jurisdictional ITO.
