Hi!
I had filled ITR for last assessment year on time. Since i m a salaried person, ITR was filled on the basis of Form-16. However, i had disposed-off house property (purchased in 1998) during this period, the same was not reflected in the ITR.
I want to know the procedure for filling revised ITR.

procedure for revised return u/s 139(5)
1. you have been furnished the ITR within due date u/s 139(1) if yes then you furnished tue revised Itr.
2. Time period
which ever is erlier
a) within one year from the end of assessment year
or
b)date of compeletion of assessment
