Already issued Form-16 Annexure-b contained some mistakes which was found correct latter date authentically.So is it possible to reissue Form-16 Annexure-b once again with correction by the Employer to an Employee?
My question is is it mandatory or compulsorily the employer should reissue the Form -16 part b with corrections if the employee asked by pointing out the mistakes done by employer with authenticity Iād docs? If so, any rules with rule number for clarity for the affected employee pl.
