Rule 37BB of Income Tax Rules has been amended twice recently, creating some confusion about exact format in which certificate in form 15CB needs to be given. I have an excel version of the certificate which is different from PDF version downloaded from Income Tax web site. Can anyone please share the latest version of form 15CB in MS Word or Excel? Many thanks in advance.

Yes. With Effect From 1st June 2015, subsection 6 to Section 195 is amended to include even non taxable remittance like import of goods under the scope of 15CA and 15CB.
