Revised form 108

I've submitted my 108 form for completion of Articleship . Later I received a letter from ICAI for "Revised 108" . Also , they counted a 1 day excess leave . Now what should I do ? What is the meaning of "revised 108" ? And can I adjust my 1 day excess leave in revision only or separately have to fill form 103 ? They have mentioned to submit form 103 . It's exam time and such situations. Please guide me .
