Sir ek Outside Party ko goods sale transportation ke through kiya gya tha. jiske baad २A me transport agency ka bill RCM me show ho raha hai.
agar RCM deposit kar de toh RCM ki ITC ka koi use nahi kar payenge kyuki Firm Exempt Goods hi supply karti hai.
aise condition me kya kare, Kya Auto Populated 3B ko change kre ?

To bhi RCm Pay karna padega lekin agar business aate, agriculture goods, namak, newspaper, daal inme se kisi ka hai to koi tax nahi lagega.
You are dealing only exempt goods Not required to pay Gst on RCM basis you have correct the data in Gstr-3B for auto populating and then filed. its my openion sir

Toh kya Auto Populated 3B ko change karke file kare , Agar 3b ko change kar rahe hai toh usme red error aa rahi hai.
