if i am traders purchases castor seeds from farmer and selling to Other registered dealer,
Should i pay Reverse Charge on Value of purchase from farmer?
If yes, than Amount paid for Reverse charge will be refunded??

yes..you have to pay gst on rcm basis which will be allowed as input tax credit to you...

I think on castor no need to pay reverse charge as castor is excluded in reverse charge.
