Are we need to file MR 1 and MGT 14 for already appointed (appointed in 2010) CS as KMP under CA 2013. Please clarify. If yes what will be the dt of appointment in MR 1 original dt of appt of 2010 or 01.04.14.

Dear Poonam,
Query 1: Yes the noting to ROC is required to be done vide MR 1 (For CS and CFO Both), you need to take a consent letter from CS in this regard as it is a mandatory attachment to MR 1.
Query 2: Please refer Rule 3 of Chapter 13 (Attached herewith for your ready reference).
