return of allotement

Dear AJAY BHAI 

  my proble is that we have issued to EQITY share to promoter after incorporation of pvt. ltd. co.as per memorandum in which they are subscriber .

1) a -           5000 share(promoter)

2)b-             5000(promoter)

3)x-            10000(share holder)

4)y-               10000(share holder )  

now we are submitting allotment  list to roc along with form no.2 ( return of allotement ).  query is that in allotement list of share whether we have to include name of a & b(promoter) or not . because we have already their name given to roc as a subscriber as per article and memo.
