in return of allotement whether we have to write share issued to director which is mentioned in m/a and a/a .if pvt. ltd. co. issue first time share on primium to other party and issue share to director on face value then what amount to be written in form no.2
Hi pawan ! if you are talking about first allotment at the time of incorporation you need not require to file form 2 for any company, it is not required to be filed even though you issue it at premium or at discount
