I dont think there is any extension for Companies in A.Y. 2004-05 it was 31st Oct 04 (Sunday) so we cna file on monday on 01.11.04 at that time

although for individual there is extension in that a.y.

 A. Extension of date of filing return for assessment year 2004-05, under section 139(1), Explanation 2(c) of the Income-tax Act, 1961

In exercise of powers conferred under clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 119 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Board of Direct Taxes, hereby orders that the due date for filing of returns of income for assessment year 2004-05, within the meaning of Explanation 2(c) to section 139(1) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, shall stand extended from 31st day of July, 2004 to 31st day of October, 2004.
