composition taxpayer allowed to pay gst quarterly and file return annually , what is a mean this statement ??

it means that there will be a simple payment of tax amount monthly and just one annual return neends to be filed.....
It means tax payers has to pay tax once in 3months and file return annually.
Composition dealer must file GSTR4 returns on quarterly basis.
