Results - Campus Placement Programme : Feb-Mar 2010

            GENERALY WE HEAR THAT THERE IS HUGE DEMAND OF C.A.'S IN THE COUNTRY. BUT THERE IS ONLY 48% PLACEMENT. WHICH IS VERY LOW AS COMPARED TO ENGINEERS OR M.B.A.'S.

PLEASE REPLY.

Dear Jasmeet, I agree with what u said that, 48% is not good enough. But if we compare this result with some last results, it looks better. If you consider the fact that our economy is just recently recovered from so called recession, chances for rise in this percentage in upcoming placements appear high. Moreover, package of 70 lacs is first time offered to a CA in campus placement. This is very good news in fact.

Hope, CMII of ICAI along with its new members will do much better in future.
