Responsibility of a ca while digital signing dir 3

DIR-4 is a mandatory attachment to DIR-3, Proposed Director is liable to sign on dir-4 form not CA.

Yes, however, a CA/CS/ existing's companies director's signature must on DIR 3.In this case, what would be a CA responsibility while signing on it.

Okay, many of companies are providing service online like Iindiafilings and all which require only scanned copy fo documents.so how can they ensure about the genuineness of documents?
