I need to draft a Board Resolution for a private limited company. The MOA allows this.

Here is the case.

The company now wants to hire an immovable property and rent out to film production for shooting. The company will hire the place as and when there is a shooting. There will be no lease agreement. The owner of the property will prepare an invoice to the company and the company in turn will prepare a separate invoice to the film production.

"RESOLVED THAT the Comapny is taking Immovable Property situated at ______________________________________, _____________________________ sq. meter on rent / lease for the period _______________________________________ from Mr._____________________________ owner of the property for monthly / quarterly rent Rs. ______________________.

RESOLVED FURTHER THATCompany can sub-let the property to another on its own responsibility and Electricity, Water Charges will be paid by the company.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT Mr. A and Mr. B, Directors of the Company are jointly or severally authorised to sign the documents relates with it."
