Resolution Format- Urgent

can u specify the purpose of contract ..... otherwise this is the format of a contract/ MOU between two companies in which one is renting their premises to another... hope it can help u..

RESOLVED THAT the Board of Directors of the Company be and is hereby authorized to take on rent the premises belongs to M/s …………..situated at ………….. w.e.f ….. July,..  .”

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the Agreement between M/s. …….. and M/s …….  be and is hereby approved, the details of which are as under:

1.        Here u can specify Terms and conditions……………

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT  Shri …………Director  be and is here by authorized to sign/execute the Agreement with M/s ………… in this behalf.

Actully , we are buying one piece of land . I can modify the resolution to suit for my purpose I just wanted an outline for framing resolution.
