Resolution for filing annual return forms at agm

Hi,

During an AGM Financials and various reports are discussed and adopted and then generally resolutions are passed as below:-

“RESOLVED THAT the Audited Annual Accounts as on 31^st March, 2011 together with Auditor’s Report thereon having been already circulated to the shareholders and produced at the meeting be and the same are hereby approved and adopted.

RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the Board of Directors of the Company be and are hereby authorized for filing the various forms and returns with the concerned authorities concerning the aforesaid resolution.”

On being put to vote by show of hands, the resolution was carried out unanimously.
