Resolution - admission of members

there is no strict format as such but the following model can be suggested

RESOLVED THAT pursuant to article no----- of the articles of association of the company , the following people who submitted an application to become the member of the company are admitted as the members of the company.

FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the secretary is here by authorized to enter their names in the register of members and do all other things necessary thereto.

It was accepted the Happy Day to be Associate Member of the Association.

Academy of Sun Life Limited (Sun Life)

After deliberation, it was resolved that the Associate Membership application of the Sun Life be put to voting by secret ballot. The result of the voting was that the majority were against Sun Life to be admitted as Associate Member of the Association.
