please help me in drafing resolution for taking note for all the notices for closure/ termination of operation in XYZ (city), As it was one of the operational branch of the company...

and a resolution to shift all the assets of the company to PQR (city) Regd office of the company

Hi Srishti

You can draft a simple resolution to close the branch and shifting of the operation of the branch to some other (new) city. As per me, there is no need for BR and even without BR, the same can be done and for safer side, you can make a note of the same in the next BM.
