I have sent a form 103 for reregistration under new Principal ...but i got a Call from ICAI that they cant register due to termination date and the joining date both are same .they said to send a other form....should i send the same form bu correcting the date or should i need to buy a new form form ICAI? As my pricipal is not available for 3 weeks i cant sign on new form...Please suggest....as soon as possible
This is a problem I have seen students facing frequently, however there is no remedy other than to file a new Form 103, and as far as availability of Principal is concerned what you can do is scan and send it to him and he'll sign and revert you back. This is only if you have cordial realtions with your Principal.
but can we send the scan copy of form 103 ?
