I want to know whether any amendments in the MOA needs to get registered with ROC again and to what extent the amendments are permissible.

Any amendment to MOA shall be registered with ROC. There is no such permissible amendments to MOA with out filing with ROC
ROC having only authority to the extent of Company Act 1956,They May restrict amendment if it is contary to the provisions of above act,more of less it's functions as record keeping agency.
