Can u provide me the board resolution for convert of pvt ltd company Bank current account into sweep in and sweep out account. if anyone can provide this it will be helpful.

Dear Sir Thanks for your reply. We already had current account with HDFC bank and we want that current account To be convert to sweep in and sweep out and show a limit in BR for sweep in or sweep out. Thanks Vineet
