i am rajan, i have registered for pe 2nd, 3 years ago, and passed all the eligibility test, i had received eligibility ceritificates also, but i could not appered.
now i want to appered in the exam
so i want to know
do i need to re register for pe 2nd?
do i need to pass again any elegibility test inspite of passing previous eligibility test papers?
in which month i can appear for exam may or nov?
