how can a tenant pay the electricity bill to electricity board since the bill is made in the name of owner?the tenant cannot pay the charges online since his mobile number is not updated with the electricity board(no receipt will be available).
note that the owner has mentioned that eletricity charges need to be paid by the tenant.
Tenant can pay only on behalf of owner. No need to change any personal information of the owner for payment of utility bills.
one of the option, pay by cheque on cash collection centers.
