Rental agreement breakup

if flat has 2 owners, both names are there in the agrEement, can the tenant deposit rent in their joint account as whole or should he break it and deposit in same account time each time with different beneficiary? or should he deposit into separate individual accounts for the owners, also if the breakup needed to be mentioned in the agreement?
