sections to scheduleXIII are independent to each other, if we have to appoint managerial person then we have to appoint in which section of schedule Xiii of companies act 1956 directly or any sequence is to be followed to give him remuneration above limits specified

If remuneration given beyond the limits of Schedule XIII, THEN APPROVAL OF CENTRAL GOVT REQUIRED in certain cases even special resolution is also required to be passed. different limits specified for Profit making n loss making companies...

any limit, not specifird in companies act 1956

Limits on managerial remuneration applies only to public companies or private companies which are subsidiaries of public companies.

They do not apply to private companies.  So they are free to fix any remuneration for their managerial personnel.
