Removal of statutory auditor

The Statutory Auditor of our Company had to be removed before expiry of his term for unprofessional conduct. A EGM was held and special resolution passed and form MGT-14 and ADT-2 filed with MoCA. In hearing of Regional Director MoCA Western Region the removal was allowed and order passed. Do we have to pass special resolution again at an EGM within 60 days and file form MGT-14 again as Sections 140 of Companies Act 2013 states removal after receiving approval of Central government
